Shipping policy

Items will be mailed within 24 business hours through Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number for your package.

If the package is lost or damaged:

In the event that your package is lost in transit, please contact the postal service directly with your tracking number.

For US customers, please remember that packages must go through customs and will cause a slight delay in the shipping time, US residents will receive your package via USPS.

For US residents, If your item arrives broken please contact the USPS directly with your tracking number no later than 60 days after the mailing date and please contact us by email invisiblemysticpublications@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

For Canadian residents, please contact us at Cloud9 Mystic Gifts immediately upon receipt of parcel by emailing us invisiblemysticpublications@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged items and your order number. We will attempt to assist and compensate you to the best of our ability. An exchange or store credit may be offered under certain conditions. Decisions are made on a case per case basis.
